Clients are responsible for obtaining appropriate rights for materials they provide to Oddifly.
Unless otherwise agreed, Oddifly may display completed creative work in its portfolio, website, social media, promotional material or other professional showcases.
If a project is confidential or subject to a non-disclosure agreement, portfolio usage will be handled according to the applicable agreement.
Because creative projects involve time, planning, resources and production work, confirmed orders and payments are generally non-refundable once the project has been accepted and work has commenced.
Any exceptional cancellation or refund request will be reviewed according to the circumstances of the project and any applicable written agreement.
Project-related communication may take place through WhatsApp, email or other channels communicated by Oddifly.
Clients should ensure that the contact information supplied to Oddifly is accurate and accessible.
