01 Ordering & Getting Started

All orders are handled exclusively through WhatsApp. Send us your requirements and we'll discuss the project, pricing, timeline and next steps with you.

Please share your name or business name, required service, design size or platform, content, deadline and any specific requirements. A reference is optional.

No. References are completely optional. If you have an example or inspiration, you can send it to us. If you don't have one, simply explain what you need.

Yes. We accept both one-time projects and ongoing design requirements.

02 Payment & Orders

Yes. Advance payment is mandatory before we start any work. Work begins only after the agreed payment has been received and confirmed.

No. We do not start confirmed projects without the required advance payment.

No. All confirmed orders and payments are non-refundable. Please review and confirm your requirements carefully before making the payment.

Once an order has been confirmed and work has started, cancellation does not qualify for a refund.

Your project will be scheduled after the required advance payment and project details have been confirmed.

03 Design & Content

The revision allowance depends on the type and scope of the project and will be discussed before work begins.

A completely new concept or significant change from the original brief may be treated as additional work.

Final formats depend on the project. Common formats include JPG, PNG, PDF and other suitable formats where applicable.

Editable or source files depend on the service and project terms. Please discuss this before placing your order if you require them.
